Hey guys, so I'm currently doing some upgrade work with Troy, working to get every last bit of PU1.0 out of my head, and results are showing a mere 48 hours after talking to Troy. Here's a quick story, maybe it'll inspire or enlighten some others here.
So I'm going to a theater show, starts at 8:30, but it's just before 7. I'm hungry, and looking for food. I see a place with a large neon sign that says EAT. Well, that's what I want to do, right? So I go in.
There's a single busboy wiping off tables, and a very cute waitress inside, re-arranging menus, looking bored. No other people are in the store.
I immediately strut over to a seat, while pre-empting the girl by saying hi before she can greet me.
Her: "What can I get you tonight?"
Me: Food! Why else would I come into a place that says EAT over it?
Her: haha, yeah, that's how I lure all guys in here
Could this be any more perfect?
So I come out of the bathroom, there's water and a menu, I look at it, she comes over, and well, right before I had come in here I had been on a subway and an ex-girlfriend that I had been sleeping with last October was on that same car! We are still cordial, but I had no desire to talk to her. This seemed like a good topic.
Her: What can I get you.
Me: Ohh, how about.... You know what's weird? I saw an ex on the train coming over here!
Her: Wow, weird! Did she see you?
Me: Well, I felt like she did, so I'm assuming she did. My personal motto is X=X, if I feel something, the other person feels the same way.
By the way, major hat tip to Troy here, I love dropping little nuggets of what he's taught me into conversations, most girls are used to guys that are socially brain-dead, so I've found it's a VERY quick way to show them I'm a cut above the rest.
Anyway, I order, and she keeps coming over whenever she has a minute! I love it too, because everytime she comes over she says something like:
"Hey, I'm gonna sit and bug you for a minute"
"Tired of me yet?"
"What are you watching on TV?"
HAHAHAHA she was
JUSTIFYING interest in me! After a year and more of trying to learn how to justify interest in women, I'm getting women to justify it in me a mere 48 hours after a Skype coach with Troy! That's cool!
So some people come in and she has to do her thing. I never bother her when she's working, I simply wait until she has a moment because I know she's going to come back over. Soon enough, it's time for me to leave, but this weird douchy weird guy just came in and seems to be trying to hit on her or something?? Weird. Anyway, time to seal.
I walk up, and use my check to justify cutting off the conversation between those two.
Me: I need to get going to my improv show.
Her: You know, I've never been to one of those. Well, it was nice meeting you.
Me: Yeah, you too.... hey, why don't you come see a show sometime.
Her: Sure!
Me: What's your facebook?
I personally like getting facebook friends, because I'm on a computer for my job all day, I like looking at their pictures, and although my collection of super cool pictures is in the process of expanding, I also have an array of photos for them to look through as well. I also like to use it in this kind of instance, when I've only talked to them for about an hour or less. It gives her time to feel more comfortable with me.
PLUS, it gives me a little insight into them. For example, this girl lists herself on facebook as 'single'. I'm starting to find that women who actually say 'single' are pretty down for being seduced. Women who aren't looking (and are probably going to be hard shells to crack) typically don't have any relationship status at all on their profile.
I'm sure some people could think of 100 reasons I should get a phone number. To hell with them. This is how I envision my life working, a bevy of beautiful facebook friends. Besides, I'll get her number (and her address and the layout of her bedroom) soon anyway.
And that's it! Another girl in the pipeline. Will I sleep with her next week? Next month? I don't know exactly. But it's ready to happen. I know it.
